Tech 4 All Tennessee respects the privacy of people who visit our website, register for programs, complete surveys, volunteer, donate technology, make contributions, or contact us.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, county, organization, program interest, class or cohort information, survey responses, volunteer information, device-related information, and messages you send to us.
Our website may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, referring page, and general website usage information.
We may use information to respond to requests; register and communicate with participants; provide programs and services; track attendance, devices, volunteer activity, and program outcomes; improve our work; meet grant, legal, and reporting obligations; protect our systems; and communicate about opportunities related to our mission.
We do not sell personal information.
Some website functions may be provided through third-party services, including online forms, scheduling, donations, email, maps, videos, or other embedded tools. You may ask to review, correct, or request deletion of personal information that we control, subject to legal, grant, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask to stop receiving nonessential communications.
Our public website is not directed to children under 13. When youth information is collected for an approved program, we seek appropriate consent and limit collection to information needed for the program.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, programs, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
