AT&T’s Access program offers low-cost home internet service to eligible households:
- Price: $30/month for speeds up to 100 Mbps (where available)
- Speeds: From 768 Kbps up to 100 Mbps, depending on your location
- No extra costs: Includes Wi-Fi modem, free installation, no equipment fees, no deposit, and no annual contract
Eligibility Requirements
Households qualify if they meet any one of the following:
- Income ≤ 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Enrollment in programs such as SNAP, SSI, Medicaid, LIHEAP, TANF, or WIC

💡Xfinity – Internet Essentials
Comcast’s Internet Essentials provides low-cost broadband for qualifying households:
- $14.95/month – Up to 75 Mbps
- $29.95/month – Up to 100 Mbps (Internet Essentials Plus)
Qualifying Requirements:
- Must live in an area where Xfinity is available
- Must participate in an eligible program (ex: SNAP, Medicaid, school lunch assistance, etc.)
- No Xfinity Internet subscription within the last 90 days
- No outstanding Comcast debt under one year old

Lifeline is a federal program that helps low-income households lower their monthly phone or internet bill.
