Tech 4 All Tennessee (T4AT) is currently welcoming new community training partners interested in bringing free digital skills training to their location. If your organization serves adults who are disconnected from technology—whether due to cost, confidence, or access—we invite you to explore partnership opportunities with us.
🌟 Why Partner With T4AT?
Tech 4 All Tennessee collaborates with schools, libraries, churches, nonprofits, senior centers, workforce agencies, and housing organizations to deliver high-impact, accessible digital literacy classes across East Tennessee.
Our programs are designed to:
- Bridge the digital divide for low-income and underserved adults
- Empower learners with real-world tech and life skills
- Provide free laptops or Chromebooks to qualifying graduates
🧩 Programs Available to Partner Sites
You may request to host one of the following programs:
💻 Digital Smart (3-Hour Basic Computer Skills)
💻 LIFE-STEP (15-Hour Life Skills & Tech Empowerment Program)
💻 Tech Goes Home Training Course (15-Hours + 1 Free Chromebook per household)
🛠️ How to Become a Training Partner Site
1. Submit Your Interest Form
Fill out our short Partner Site Request Form to share your organization’s needs, location, and training preferences.
2. Meet With Our Team
A T4AT representative will contact you to explore alignment, answer questions, and determine class location feasibility.
3. Choose Your Program & Timeline
We’ll collaborate to finalize details like:
- Class type (Digital Smart, LIFE-STEP or Tech Goes Home)
- Dates, times and location
- Participant and class assistant recruitment strategy
🧑🏽🏫 Hosting a T4AT Class – What’s Required?
To host a class, your organization must provide:
- A quiet classroom or meeting space
- A point person to serve as your Location Coordinator
- Basic equipment like tables, chairs, and robust Wi-Fi access
- Support in recruiting participants
🧑💼 Your On-Site Location Coordinator
Every partner site designates one staff person as a Location Coordinator. This person is responsible for:
- Communicating with the T4AT team
- Overseeing space setup and participant registration
- Supporting T4AT trainers during the course
- Attending a brief orientation call before classes begin
🚀 What You’ll Receive as a Partner
- A structured, turnkey training experience
- Access to trained instructors (or the option to train your own via our train-the-trainer process)
- Free devices for qualifying program graduates
- Outreach support materials (flyers, social media posts)
- Post-course reporting and impact summaries for your records
