Items that cannot be refurbished are responsibly recycled through our partners, ensuring a sustainable approach to electronic waste.

Preparing Your Donation

• Please do not remove the hard drive or memory from your devices. Removing these components incurs additional costs for us to replace them. We have a secure data destruction process in place to protect your information.
• Minimal packaging: please recycle any boxes through your local curbside program.
• No paper manuals or software collections: dispose of these at home due to licensing restrictions.
• Untangle cords and cables, securing them with a rubber band or twist tie.
• Attach power adapters to their associated devices.
