Our Mission

Tech 4 All Tennessee is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization powered entirely by volunteers. Our mission is to improve the quality of life through technology, driven by compassion, empathy, and patience for all.

We focus on bridging the digital divide, empowering communities economically, and improving access to education and essential services. By providing digital skills training, free digital devices, and promoting awareness of affordable, high-speed internet, we help Tennessee residents adapt to a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Through these efforts, we create pathways for long-term community vitality and resilience, fostering inclusivity and opportunity for all.


Our Evolution

Since our founding in 2019, ROANEnet, a non-profit 501(c)(3) has evolved into Tech 4 All Tennessee. This new name reflects our expanding mission to serve communities across Tennessee, bridging the digital divide and fostering digital equity for a brighter, more connected future. While our name has changed, our commitment to improving lives through technology remains unwavering.

People We Serve:

  • Low-Income Families: We empower low-income families by donating over 1,000 refurbished computers to help ensure that essential digital tools are accessible to everyone.
  • Seniors: We help seniors to age gracefully by providing customized digital literacy sessions, pathways to staying connected, informed, and engaged with the world.
  • Veterans: We support our veterans by offering specialized digital literacy training, helping them access crucial online benefits and services.
  • Individuals with Disabilities: Our programs offer accessibility education on using adaptive technology
  • Justice-Involved Individuals: Our initiatives offer justice-involved individuals essential digital skills for reintegration, lighting the path to a confident and secure future in the digital landscape.
